Department Details
1.CURRENTLY AVAILABLE SERVICES IN OPD:Regular OPD, Ear wax removal, Cleaning for otomycosis patients, Ear packing for ear bleeding patients and foreign body removal from Ear and Nose, Fish bone removal from oral cavity and oropharynx.
2.AVERAGE NUMBER OF PATIENT BEING ATTENDED IN OPD: Approx 200 patients per day.
3.In-patient Department: 20 beds.
4.DIAGNOSTIC &/or INTERVENTIONAL SERVICES:Audiometry.
5.COUNSELLING ACTIVITY/PROGRAMME:Counselling for stammering and stuttering patients.
6.COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMME/ACTIVITY:No Tobacco Day celebrated annually to educate the public on the dangers of tobacco and pan masala consumption, simultaneously raising awareness about Deafness.
7.MEDICAL EDUCATION & TRAINING:Teaching and Training of UG students as per NMC guidelines.
