Maharshi Devraha Baba Autonomous State Medical College (MDB ASMC) is an autonomous state medical college in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh (India). It is registered under Societies Act 1860 as Autonomous State Medical College Society, Deoria (Reg No – DEO/06018/2021-21). It got first batch of 100 students in year 2021. Since then till date every year 100 students have taken admission and the first batch of 100 students cleared their final year examination and currently undergoing rotatory internship of 1 year duration. Post graduation course in Anatomy has started in MDB ASMC. Every year 4 students can join MD (Anatomy) course through NEET-PG examination. Some other depts are also being considered for PG courses and under process of getting approval in near future.The college campus spread over 28.18 acres of land and is situated in Band Deoria.

The college campus is developed in 18389 sqmts. and the hostel and residential complex is built on 11607 and 22498 sqmts respectively. The nearest major city is Gorahpur having airport facility which is 52 KMs distant from the campus and the travelling time to the airport is approximately 1 hour. The nearest railway station is situated in the city itself within 2.5 KMs and it may take upto 15 mins to reach the same. Thre college have its own dedicated electric supply of 3750KVA. Maharshi Devraha Baba Autonomous State Medical College (MDB ASMC) is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU) Lucknow, established by Uttar Pradesh act no. 42 of 2018 with affiliation number 3467/MBBS-002/2023-24/2024/ABVMU/Affiliation dated 04/09/2024. The Vice Chancellor of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University is Major General Dr. Amit Devgan.
